Food Sovereignty

This program works with community members impacted by food insecurity to provide food on a weekly basis through our food share and support impacted community members to grow food for their families.

Mental Health

This program provides mental health care across the lifespan It currently consists of group activities for teens, connection to resources and clinical case navigation.

Economic Vitality

This program builds job skills and provides paid work opportunities for Southwest Denver residents to ensure a brighter economic future for us all.

Community Organizing

This program develops community organizing skills and employs directly impacted community members in SW Denver members to engage residents in the co-creation of programs and spaces.

Give Through Your Donor-Advised Fund

  • A Donor-Advised Fund (DAF) lets you combine tax benefits with the ability to support causes you care about. If your DAF sponsor participates, you can recommend a grant to Commún directly through DAF Direct.

  • You can support Commún through life insurance in several ways:

    • Add a charitable giving rider

    • Donate a policy you no longer need

    Each option has unique tax benefits. Talk to your accountant or insurance advisor to find the right strategy for you.

Make a Pledge

  • A pledge is a promise of financial support over time—weekly, monthly, quarterly, or annually. While one-time donations are always welcome, pledges help Commún plan more effectively.

  • Celebrate your passion for community — whether it’s your birthday, a cross-country bike ride, or a neighborhood block party — by hosting a fundraiser for Commún!

    Organizing a virtual or in-person fundraiser is a powerful way to bring people together and support grassroots, community-led change. Let us know about your event ahead of time — we’re happy to help by creating a custom donation page and sharing materials like our logo, flyers, and other promotional resources.

    Donating your used vehicle to Commún is easy and may qualify you for a tax deduction. Your gift helps support our mission and strengthens local communities.

    Complete the online vehicle donation form or call 1-866-628-2277. Vehicles for Charity will handle the pickup and provide you with a tax-deductible receipt — at no cost to you.
